Lokpal Bill – Best Weapon to cure corruption. 

Today the main talk in India is about Lokpal bill but very few or as per static only 40% of those really know about Lokpal Bill. Lokpal bill is the parliamentary bill that is formed to cure corruption that is prevailed in country from lower division to upper division. 

What Is Lokpal Bill          

Lokpal is bill is the parliamentary bill that is to be formed in consideration of anti corruption to facilitate Indian citizens. Lokpal bills contains norms and terms which is to be regulated in government offices and all or some group of employees are to be kept under  the norms of the lokpal bill to keep of watch on their official working.

History of Lokpal Bill 

Since 1950 and after first consistency of India lokpal bill is tried by the government to be get passed but unfortunately it didn’t happen due to objection of on present opposition party. First time in the government of Mrs. Indira Gandhi lokpal bill was presented in the parliament but it failed to pass. Since then it has been introduced in the parliament for fourteen times but every time it fails and recently in winter session of parliament 2011 lokpal bill was introduced but again it got failed. 

Anna Hazare’s lokpal bill vs. UPA’s Lokpal bill

After many years back Anna Hazare reminded us of lokpal bill and at very high note. Government and Anna Hazare both have their own lokpal bill consideration. Anna Hazare wants the government employee of group A-D should come under lokpal bill but UPA has consideration including only Group A-B. Anna Hazare’s lokpal bill has citizen charter whereas UPA doesn’t want it in lokpal bill.
